Am I eligible for a warranty?

Tools are protected under a manufacturer’s warranty* for a limited duration from the date of purchase. All our product’s warranties are for a 1-year period.

* Products purchased on gamaprofessional.us or an authorized retailer may be returned within 1 month of receipt for a full refund or 12 months of receipt for an exchange, we are not able to accept returns for purchases outside the warranty period.

If you experience an issue submitting the form, please reach out to Customer Care at aftersales@gamaprofessional.us and we will advise on the next steps.

GAMA offers you the possibility of repairing your product even if the warranty period has already expired, whether you bought your product online or through an authorized retailer or distributor. Kindly fill out all the required fields on the form below and select the option “Assistance out of warranty” in the “Type of Return” field. You will receive information about our repair center, Creative Beauty, you may also contact them either by phone at (847) 676-1950 or by email at creativebeautyconcepts8040@gmail.com.

We would like to remind you that if you require support services outside the warranty period, you will be responsible for all associated expenses, including the costs of shipping and repair for the product.

Proof-of-purchase can be a receipt with a visible date or a screenshot of an online order detail with a visible date.

After receiving your confirmation email, you can find it in your account at any time. Just use the same email you placed the order with, as well as the order number you received in your confirmation email.

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been processed and shipped!

Once your order is confirmed, it is processed automatically and cannot be cancelled. The package can be returned to us following our Return Policy.

Gama offers free shipping on orders $100 or more to the contiguous 49 U.S. states on all orders. Orders that are below $100 will be charged a $10 flat shipping rate. 

We will ship your order with the fastest available method for your order (which can depend upon weight, contents, and state)

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO, FPO, DPO destinations, and freight forwarding addresses. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, and all other U.S. territories at this time.

We are sorry to hear that your order arrived damaged! 

Customers may report any damage that occurred during transit within 5 business days of the date of delivery along with a photo proof of damage or incorrect product shipped.
